We respond flexibly to orders ranging from one piece to hundreds of thousands of pieces.
We have over 100 automatic lathes (built by Star Micronics Co.,Ltd.)making us top class in West Japan.
■High precision machining of complex shaped parts
We offer grinding, rolling, and gear cutting in secondary stages.
We also offer quality assurance in the ±5μm range for cutting and ±2μm range for grinding.
■Prototype processing in preparation of mass production
Prototype processing on mass production line enables stable product quality
in mass production same as prototype's and smooth transition from
prototyping to mass production.

■High precision gear shafts
